The Ediboard service (”The service”) is offered to you, the user ("User"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, without modification. User access and use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The service is a Ediboard Ab system, provided as a public service. Ediboard Ab reserves the right to offer this service directly to you or through its authorized agents and contractors. User agrees to use this service as permitted by applicable national laws. User agrees, therefore, not to: 1) knowingly and without authorization, alter, damage, or destroy Ediboard Ab ́s, its contractors’ or another user's computer system, network, software, program, documentation or data contained therein; 2) use this service to conduct or attempt to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law. In addition, taking action which results in blocking access to this website by other users will be deemed an unauthorized use.

After a User has registered an user account a license will start running until further notice. To cancel a license the User must actively choose to not continue the license after the current period has run out. This is done under the subscriptions in the user settings. When registrating an Ediboard user account the user agrees to subscribe to the Ediboard Newsletter where updates in the system and ”tips and trix” in business administration are presented. The subscription may be cancelled at any time by the user. An ordinary Ediboard user account give the user right to store 100 products in the Stock application and make 100 orders in the Sales application. If the user wants to exceed these limits the user must purchase the Stock Plus and the Sales Plus applications, where after 10000 products and 10000 orders are allowed. The limitation for accounting transactions in an Ediboard account is set to 100 000 per month. If exceeding this limit, please contact Ediboard Ab.

Ediboard Ab reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions for usage of the Ediboard service at any time without prior notice. Furthermore Ediboard Ab also reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on the Ediboard service and other services offered through the website without incurring any obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Liability and Reliability

In development of this service, every effort has been made to offer that it is as accurate, flawless and secure as possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors in the service may occur. In particular but without limiting anything here, Ediboard Ab and its authorized agents and contractors disclaim any responsibility for errors and accuracy of the service that may be contained. Ediboard Ab and its authorized agents and contractors make no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the quality and accuracy of the service.

THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EDIBOARD AB AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THIS WEB SITE, ITS SUITABILITY FOR USE, OR THAT THIS SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
